Compliance with New SEC Cybersecurity Regulations

Richard Gardner
CEO
Modulus Global

Modulus Global, developer of such advanced financial technology products as MyExchange, a high performance
platform which allows developers to create custom trading exchanges, has announced the launch of Modulus Cybersecurity, a newly developed strategic business unit. Modulus Cybersecurity will certify online brokerages, financial institutions, exchanges, and financial technology companies against new SEC security standards.

Modulus has a long history of innovation, with past products including the revolutionary SharpeMind Platform, which used IBM Watson technology, and the M4 Platform, which is a white-label professional trading application, including the full source code, allowing the end product to be customized and rebranded by brokerages and other organizations.

While there are other companies providing security certifications, none of them are familiar with the finance industry. Our security expertise is robust, and Modulus employs experts of every stripe, including those with nuclear clearance at the highest levels. So, why us? We have a cross-discipline team with the highest respect in the financial industry. Ask any fund manager who we are. They know, says Modulus Global CEO, Richard Gardner.

With an online launch expected this week, Modulus is finalizing the business end of the development, the technology already settled. There will be three tiers of protection, including penetration testing, a company-wide security audit, and specific measures to comply with NIST 80053, Provision 3 to satisfy new SEC regulations.

With our service, firms completing the audit and in compliance will receive a Modulus Cybersecurity site seal to assure their customers that they have been checked out by the best in financial technology security. We¹ve built exchanges as powerful as the NYSE and NASDAQ. We understand this segment in ways general security firms couldn¹t even fathom. That's the Modulus
difference, Gardner says.
